Our job-embedded consulting model is designed around an effective school improvement methodology, PLATO® Cornerstone, to build capacity, coach educators and administrators, and facilitate strong implementations in which learner achievement goals will be met and school capacity is enhanced.

The PLATO Learning Cornerstone consulting process focuses on the key, interrelated areas of impact for successful academic program implementation. Our PLATO consultants use this “lens” to guide our process around unique program, instructor and leaner needs for success.

Our Process:

Facilitation - The analysis of student and program data in order to develop goals and a timeline for strategic program implementation.

Student Improvement – Deeply examining student motivation and all of the internal programmatic and implementation structures that support student motivation and improvement.

Curriculum – Identifying the resources for alignment and integration of PLATO curriculum and assessments. Here the PLATO Education Consultant facilitates analyzing the data, both student achievement and program, to insure that the curriculum and learning is meeting the intended goals.

Program – Evaluation of what is working, what needs refinement, what needs to be modified, and what are the next steps for moving forward. The plan for next steps forms the continuous connection back to facilitation and keeps the focus on goals, outcomes, and results.
