Troubleshooting

PWLN: Group Does Not Exist or Has Been Deleted ... (DBSQL 6131)

PLE: "Temporarily Unable to Communicate with Server" When Launching or Running Lesson

A message similar to the following appears during a lesson: "Temporarily unable to communicate with the server. The page that you are trying to view failed to load, for example onLoad received success=false for URL'/content/asalgebra/Content/pages/cla/
c/82/02/xml/answers_d.xm." When "temporarily unable to communicate with server" appears, click on the purple triangle containing the "!" (exclamation point) to see a more specific error message and then search on the error messages. If you find no solution, report the errors to PLATO® Support Services and include what you (or another user) were doing when the error occurred.
