Keeping Track of Bug Fixes, Enhancements, and New Features
If you are an active software support subscriber, one feature available to you is the Product Update Center. This is where you are able to keep track of bug reports, fixes, enhancements, and new features.
The Product Update Center is a searchable database that allows you to track and subscribe to product-specific update information. You can search this database for all products, a specific product, or by status levels such as Planning, Scheduled, or Released.
When you call PLATO Support, the analyst assisting you with your issue may direct you to the Product Update Center to point you to specific information that applies to your inquiry.
Access the Product Update Center at any time by going to the PLATO Support Center home page, http://support.plato.com, and clicking on the Product Update Center link.
