Greetings from Nettie, your PLATO Pathfinder to the Internet!

Educational Games

Games are fun! Did you know that using gaming in educational settings can open the door for a variety of new possibilities in teaching and learning? Games, if done right, can become a powerful educational tool to help students learn. The best part about educational games is they allow learners to test their limits in a safe environment. In addition, gaming increases muscle memory, and provides a way to learn in a fun environment that can help improve student achievement.

This month, I am happy to suggest lessons that relate to educational math games. Look below for math gaming lessons that will help your students further understand a variety of math problems. Plus, you will also find additional PLATO® online lessons for your students to continue practicing.
